Seeking relatives of William. I think his father was Glenn Scoggins of Ga. Glenn was the son of Matthew Scoggins, brother of my gggrandfather Thomas ( I have been told). I am trying to find proof that my Thomas was the brother of Matthew. Any info greatly appreciated. Thanks, Lynn
