Looking for info on Lorenzo Dow Poole, Sr. Born Nov. 14, 1828 in Spartanburg, SC. Lived in Dayton in 1900. Wife was Martha Poole. First wife was Rebecca Kington. Children were William (Matt), Lorenza, Jr.-former sheriff of Rhea Co., and Elijah who was killed in the mine accident. Elijah was my grandfather. I need death date. He was probably buried in the Cove Cemetery, as his son was. If there was a death certificate it would probably show his mother and father. I need their names. Helen Poole Lillard
