Winter, John married Melissa Anderson in Wilson Co TN 1834. Children William, Parthena, Elizabeth, Mariah, Joseph J, Lucretia C, Dicy Ann and twin brother Andrew Jackson. Does anyone know what happened to this family? Believe John the father died in 1854 but never have found much after that except for Joseph J and Andrew J. Do you know who John's father was? I think it might have been Ambrose Winter who came to Wilson Co in abt 1826 from Halifax NC...any help at all? dee Winters
