I am looking for information on a Seth Philips/Phillips that was living listed on Wilson County, Tennessee Census in the mid-1800s. He may have lived in Overton County, Tennessee. Information I have has him married to Ann Harlan/Harlin. I believe their children were Octavia married Thomas Bundy), Louisa, and Levi.
