I wrote yesterday about your Joseph Higdon question. I have a copy of the Isham Davis estate lawsuit. Gabriel Higdon and others in the family were suing Henry Davis, administrator of Isham Davis's estate for dragging his feet and not paying them their inheritances. It names all the legatees, including grandchildren whose parents have already died. It is where we found the entire listing of children for Isham. Priscilla Davis married Robert Sypert (a lawyer) in 1823 and died in 1833 after having five children. Sypert then married Juliet Hunt Jackson in 1834 and they had nine more children. This family moved to Harrison Co., Texas. I will be happy to share any information you would like. twalker@iland.net
