Okay, little confused. You have the following children for William and Sarah:
Elizabeth
Martha
William H.
Sally
Ella
Anne E.
Margaret
George S.
Emily
Susan

The 1860 Census (Jarrall) has the following children for this couple:
Annie 1836
Emily 1837
Susan 1838
Mary 1841
Martha 1843
George 1845
William 1847
Blanche 1849
John 1851
Laura 1854
Ella 1858

The 1870 census (Jarrell) has:
Mary E. 1844
Martha 1846
Sarah 1852
Laura 1855
Ella 1859
George H. 1847
Henry 1848
John 1853

The 1880 (Jarrel) has:
Betsy 1841
Martha 1844
William 1849 (has middle initial, but illegible)
Sally 1852
Ella 1859

So, to get to the confused part, you're missing some kids, my dear Wiley. This couple was FAR more prolific than you have recorded. From what I can tell, the children should be as follows (keeping in mind that I do not have access to the 1850, and thus may miss the oldest children):
Annie
Emily
Mary Elizabeth
Martha
George
William Henry
Blanche/Sarah/Sally (they have approx. the same date of birth)
John
Laura
Ella
Margaret

I think that's all, but I'm getting confused, so I'll stop now. Let me know if I've screwed anything up.
