Not related, just did a lookup for you in some Wilson Co. TN genealogy books I have. From the book, "Marriages of Wilson Co. TN, 1802-1850", by Edythe Rucker Whitley Sion H. Mitchell married Elizabeth Cook Feb 25, 1817 with William Babb as Bondsman. Does the William's Will list the daughter's married names or were they still unmarried when he died? There are several marriage entries for the names Thomas, Robert, William Mitchell so I wouldn't know which ones were the sons of your William.
