Nathaniel was divorced from his 1st wife Mary: Circuit Court Records (1830-33) p. 81 Nathaniel Nelson and Mary Nelson petition for divorce Nov. 4, 1830 Circuit Court Records (1830-33) p. 138 Nathaniel Nelson and Mary Nelson petition for divorce May 9, 1831 Nathaniel Nelson married Sarah Ragsdale 8/4/1833 in Wilson County. Sarah Nelson signs off on a land sale in 1847, but doesn't appear anywhere after that date. I'm hoping that someone has access to will and estate records and can tell me if Nathan died between 1840-47. Any information about these people will be greatly appreciated.
