Looking for information about Joseph J Dannelley who was born 10 March 1816 in Hickman County, Tennessee moved to Shelby County, Illinois when he was 11 or 12 with his family. Married Polly Short (born in 1816? in Hickman Co., Tennessee) in Shelby County, Illinois. They had 7 children, then moved to Cactus Hill, Wise County, Texas around 1855 where they had 3 more children. In the fall of 1869 they moved to Burlington, Kansas and in the following spring (1870) they moved to Erie, Neosho County, Kansas. Polly died in 1873 and in 1875 Joseph returned to Shelby County, Illinois, but in 1877 returned to Erie where he lived until he died March 15, 1900. I am trying to find their marriage license and also their family - parents and where they came from. Any help would be appreciated.
