You are right. I noticed I had selected the wrong county just after I posted. I have posted it on the Madison county site as soon as I noticed. I know nothing more about Sherwood. I am trying to see if he was connected to my family as they had attended the same church. They were the family of Samuel Edgar and Louanna Harton Newsom. None of my family that I know have heard of him though. He may have been a long forgotten cousin. I'm hoping that by finding his roots will help find our roots. Thanks for your help.
