Hi Michelle how very interesting to read your post. Lillian and Frank Tobias or Ashtabula Ohio had several children. One of which is also named Lillian and she is my Grandmother who still lives in that area and is 82. She would be my Mother's mother and I plan to show her this post somehow and see what she knows. I'm sure she will ask my grandmother about it too. Your father in law would be her cousin. Hope this is a bit of help for you. I too am doing research on my family.
