I don't know if you have googled him yet or not but I did when I read your post. There are 4 phillip traylor's in memphis and only one noted as having lived in mississippi. If you go to www.123people.com and type in his name and memphis TN. You should get at least a starting point that way. Sorry if this isn't helpful. Good luck.
