Jessie Emma Whiddon born Jan. 18, 1873, died April 13, 1943 in Limestone County, Texas. She was married to Roan B. Penick. Her death certificate states she was born in Georgia (this MAY not be correct) The death certificate also states her father's name was Fred Whiddon born in Georgia. Mother's name unknown. Any info. about this family appreciated!
