Sorry--unless the Census listed her as Clara Mae/May or unless there is a birth certificate it is difficult to prove that name.
In 1885 Kansas State Census Rooks Co., KS there is the a R(?) N Wilkins who is a widower with children Laura age 7, Clara M age 4, ME (female) age 3, and Harry age 1. That should be the same family as in the 1880 Federal Census.
I cannot find Clara--or Nelson again.
With out an age or birthdate for Frank Fremont White it is impossible to pin him down--there are lots of Frank F. Whites.
Do you have death dates ?
I found a Juanita L. Cox whose maiden name was White that died in CA--but you said her name was Gardner.
With out more information I doubt that you'll find anything on them. There are no Census Records after 1930 so to find them in Arizona in the 40s you would need the city where they lived and then check the City Directory.
