looking further for William and Ann Wilkins of Princess Anne co. Va. they are listed as parents of Mary Ann Wilkins on the marriage cert. of David Randolph and Mary Ann Wilkins married in Princess Anne Co, Va 12-22 1857 we are doing research on that branch of Randolps and Wilkins, Ann Wilkins may have been a Capps as in some notes from a great aunt she stated that grandma was a Capps
