My grandmother was Julia Wymer/Wimer. She married James W. Grubbs.I believe she had a sister named Malissie A. She married a Grubbs also. Their father was Jacob Wymer married to patsy Martin in Botetourt Co. Va.about 1833.Sometimes the spelling is Wymer sometimes Wimer. It seems the Grubbs and Wimers married each other a great deal.If anyone has any information on these families I would appricate it.Thanks Dot
