Champenois by Heather Johnson of 38 DOD: approx. 8-19-1900 in Anderson, CA (Shasta County) per the Shasta County Historical Society of Redding, CA. Father may have been JOHN CHAMPENOIS (DOB: 1800 in NY?). Joseph may have had a sister, Elizabeth or Lizzie Scott, same age as he (a twin?).
