The Timothy Chandler is supposedly JRR-Timothy. Married Justing Woolfolk. Had land in Caroline and Orange Counties.

Will: 14 NOV 1757 Caroline Co, VA, probated 6/8/1758.

Plantation called "Woodlawn" south of Mattopony, VA.

Chandler Family Association Newsletter, February 1994, Volume IV Number 1, P.O. Box 8132 Lakeland, Floridia 33802-8132.
"Timothy ye sone of Robert Chandler and Elizth his wife baptized ye 17 day of Octoaber 168_. (Placement indicates the year is 1685). Register of St. Peters parish New Kent County, Virginia.
He was in the Polecat Creek area in today's Caroline County, Virginia and bought land there in 1715 and 1717.
Aug 16, 1715, King William Co, VA. Grant: Timothy Chandler, 100 acs (N.L.) King William Co, SW Side Pole catt 10 shillings (C&P, V3, p172, Nugent).
July 12, 1718, King William Co, VA. Grant: Timothy Chandler, 100 acs (N.L.) in St. John's Parish...adj his land on Polecatt Swamp, 10 shill (C&P V3, p20, nugent).
Oct 31, 1726, King William Co, VA. Grant: Timothy Chandler, 390 acs (N.L.) King William County in St. Margaret's Par. ...adj..his own, Joseph Chandler...Thomas Chandler...Thomas Hamm, Richard Mauldin...40 shillings C:&P, V3, p319, Nugent).
Oct 31, 1726, King William Co, VA. Grant: Timothy Chandler, 400 acs (N.L.) same location and date...adj...lands of Thomas Hamm & Joseph Chandlor...40 shillings (C&P, V3, p319, Nugent).
Sept 28, 1732, Caroline Co, VA. Grant: Robert Beverly Esq...Caroline Co, in St Margaret's Par...adj Timothy Chandler (C&P;, V3, P319,. Nugent)
1734 Caroline Co, VA. Entry: Order book mentions lands of Timothy Chadler and Justine (Caroline Co, Order Book, 1, p149).
1734? Caroline Co, VA. Order: "That Robt. Woolfolk, Timothy Chandler...lay of the most convinient road from Mattaponi River across Polecat Swamp to Chesterfield Church" (Carolina Co, Deed Book 1, p518).
He continued to live on Polecat Creek in St. Margaret's Parish which became a part of Caroline Co, VA in 1728. His neighbors were his brothers Robert and Joseph.
His will was written Nov 14, 1757 in Caroline Co, and survives (Copy in Tyler's Quarterly Hist. and Gen. Magazine, Vol xxii, p50). The will parcelled out land and livestock in Caroline and Orange Co. to his sons. His daughter was given slaves and personal property. His wife Justine was to live her natural life on the homestead and was loaned the "remainder" of the estate. His will was approved by the Executors, wife Justine and son Richard Woolfolk in June 1758.
CHA0085 gives his date of birth as 17 Oct. 1688. I believe the record is torn, so either date could be correct."

No mention of any Jeremiah Chandler. Don't know if he is or is not related.
