There seems to have been a later William Chandler who was married to a Brent as the will of Martha Brent dated 7 Apr 1715 mentions bequests of negros to her brother (in law), William Chandler.

This record is from records of Charles Co., MD.

Some of these records are VA and some are MD, seeming to show that these families went back and forth, or some lived in MD and some lived in VA, all the same family of Brents.
