Hi. I would like to know if anyone has ever made a connection between the Chandlers of Philadelphia and the Candlers of the Atlanta area? I was led to believe that my mother's family, the Chandlers of Phila. Pa., were blood relatives of the Candlers of Atlanta Ga.. THe Candler name was changed to Chandler somewhere along the line - maybe at Ellis Island.
