I think they were married Feb 12, 1872. Her parents are
James Childress and Elizabeth Brown. James W. Childress
is also Childers. The Childress family can't get the
name right. James Childress and Elizabeth Brown were
married 1854 in Rankin County Mississippi. James Thornhill
was son of Miranda Thornhill. My gggrand mother was
Sarah Cato who married Thomas Childress/Childers. Family
has always said Miranda was mother to Sarah Cato. Marriage
bond has Sarah Cato and death certificate has Powell as
parents. Is Miranda Sarahs sister or daughter.
