I've hit a wall on Joseph A. Mercer. He died in Austin Texas in 1872. Thought to have been a Union soldier somewhere.

Have received information that his widow Hedda Sandberg filed for widow's pension. Can someone search this for me? I would like to receive information on this.

How can I order the application?
