Looking for Alabama probate judge information

I have the service record for James J. McGahey who was in Co. H, 5th Alabama Infantry Regiment. He died while in the Army and most of the records in his service file are about his wife, Nancy D. McGahey, trying to get the pay that was due him. I am attempting to transcribe these records, but I've come across a snag - I can't read the name of the Probate Judge that took Nancy's statements. It looks to me like "Z.L. Nakin" but something about that name doesn't sound right. Does anyone know how I can find out who the probate judge was for Antioch, Pickens County, Alabama around 1863 - 1864?

Thanks for any help you can provide,

Debbie Page
