John Haberman

Hi all,

I am looking up some information for my girlfriend on her ancestor John H Haberman. He was said to have come from Prussia, Germany in 1850, and joined the Union in August 20th 1862 in Brooklyn, NY, in the New York 84th Infantry, Company G. We possibly have that he was wounded on December 11th of 1862, which would be just prior to the Battle of Fredericksburg. We are trying to find medical and discharge papers, if they exist. He might have also gone by the surnames of Hubbleman, and Haverman. He was a private, aged 30.

Thanks for any help.
