My husband's great grandmother was Caterina Louisa Clarius who married August H. Toerner around 1875. August was from Werther, Germany (Hanover) and the family believes Caterina came from the same town or one nearby. They lived in Bronx, New York their entire married life. My husband knows nothing about the Clarius family and would appreciate any information on this family. My husband's father was Richard Westman Toerner, grandson of August and Caterina and son of Otto Bismark Toerner who married Susan Frances Large.

Thank you.
