I think I came across a listing of this in the LDS Ancestry File at a local "Family History Center". In either case,I was intrigued by your mention of "Warren, IL".

I'm a member of the Dutch-Clock family. My "Clock branch" was established when an ancestor, Ebenezer Clock jr., "went west" from Long Island in the 1830s. After he died in Painesvile, OH, in 1847(-ish), his eldest son (Alonzo Cole Clock) established the "family homested" in Warren, IL. I've not come across a Clock female marrying a person by the name of Fults....
