I was so excited when I found your post. I have been looking for the 'wrong' names! My dad asked if I could trace his grandfather (William Arthur Cochran) back any further. According to my dad's mom,(Opal May Manning Cochran) his name was John Arthur Cochran. I have had absolutely NO luck finding any records with John Arthur. When I found your post, it was gold! My father is George Joseph Cochran. His father was George Joseph Cochran SR. (You have him as Joe G.) son of William Arthur Cochran and Nora Starks (who was a full blooded indian).

I have pictures of Wm Arthur Cochran that I can offer. Do you have any pictures or any other information on this line?
