John Cochran (Co-Cu-Na) b. ca 1780 d. 1840 Beaver Pond, Cherokee Nation (now Newton Co., GA?)married Elsie (Ailsey) Cloud d/o Rider Cloud and Nancy Butterfly. John has been listed also as Jesse, James, and George. Ailsey (Cloud) married 2. David Buffington 3. Jesse Townsend 4. Gilmore. John and Ailsey's son Jesse Cochran married 1. Nancy Proctor 2. Betsey Ross/Rose. Need proof of JOhn's first name and his parents. I have some of the descendants of Jesse and his 2 wives.
