Hello, I would appreciate any help with the following. My Great Grandfather was David Cochrane, born in 1856 in Belfast, Ireland. He was a 'compositor' by trade and came to Lancashire England where he married Angnes Wood Nichols. They had 3 children, David Edward who died aged 1, James and then my grandfather also David. My Grandfather immigrated to South Africa. I would really like to know more about my great grandfather who was born in Ireland. Any information on how to go further down this route will be appreciated.
