Following the above message regarding Charles Cochrane I have now discovered that in 1861 he was living in Parr Mill,Park Road, St Helens, Lancashire, England. He was living with father William and mother Sarah together with several siblings including Thomasine, John, James and Ann. Does anyone have any information.
