My gr-gr-gr-gr-grandfather was William Cockroft b.1777-d1825 in Halifax, Yorkshire. He was married to Elizabeth unk. Their daughter Zillah married Henry Smith and came to Wisconsin in 1840. Elizabeth went to Pennsylvania with another daughter and died there in 1844. Would appreciate any information on their ancestry.
