Hi,
I'm searching from the Fisher family side. I have found a land deed from the heirs of John Fisher, among whom appears a C.M. Cockerham whom no one on my side has ever heard of. This must have been a relative and was probably a male.

The heirs sold their share of the lands in 1869 in Lee. Co (previously Pontotoc Co.) MS to A.P. Fisher who was probably Alfred Fisher, brother to Elizabeth Fisher. Elizabeth Fisher Bolding appears on the deed under authority of her husband James P. Bolding. Her sister Henrietta Fisher appears as well. But who is this C.M. Cockerham?

Any clues?
