? Burial place of Stephen Coffin, b. 6 June 1744 d. 29 Aug 1800

I know my GGG Grandmother Elizabeth Weston (Blaisdell) Coffin, ( b. 3 Jan 1752 Duxbury, Plymouth, MA d. 2 March 1840) is buried in Pine Grove Cemetery in Brunswick, ME, and her son with Stephen Coffin, my GG Grandfather George Washington Coffin, is buried nearby, along with other children.

My question is...where is my GGG Grandfather Stephen Coffin, (b.6 June 1744 d. 29 Aug 1800) buried??

Elizabeth Coffin's stone is broken in half with the bottom half still standing. The writing is no longer visible on the top part of the stone. I have heard that Stephen's name was on the top half and he is buried with her, but I have also heard he is buried with his first wife Martha Chapman?? Does anyone know where and with whom he is buried??

My cousin is in the process of finding someone to repair the gravestone, and if Stephen Coffin is buried with her, the stone will be repaired to reflect this.

Thank you for any assist in solving this mystery.

Lynn West
