My son in law's father Frederick Coit Reavis was born in an adoption Home called The Willows in Kansas City Missouri. Fred was born in 1929. He is not in good health and would like to find out about his birth family. He was named Frederick Coit by his birth mother. the Reavis family added their name at his adoption, but wanted to honor his mother 's wishes and kept the Frederick Coit .
