Simeon and Minerva (Monroe) Colebank are my great-great-great grandparents. They are buried in Maple Grove Cemetery in Brookville, Franklin County, Indiana. You are correct in your assumption that Minerva Colebank died in 1907.
Both Curtis and Mary Colebank are actually grandchildren of Simeon and Minerva. Their parents are Simeon (Jr.) and Mary Florence (Wright) Colebank. Curtis and Mary both died in infancy; six children survived to adulthood.
I have more information regarding the Colebank family of Brookville if you would like to share more.
