These Conders and Scotts are very confusing. Ewen/Ewing Conder was apparently married more than once, so it is possible that John Wesley Conder was his son. But Lucinda Mills Conder (b. Nov. 1828) was not his mother. According to 1900 Bell Co. TX census, she had given birth to four children but only one survived. That one is my Henry Conder/Condor (1848-1934), who is the only one of her children listed with Lucinda in 1860 Izard Co. AR census, 1880 Stone Co. AR census and later in TX. One of those three other children who died was Sarah Nancy Condor b. 11/12/1852 in Hickman Co. KY to Ewing Condor and Sarah Mills. Either the clerk mistakenly wrote Sarah instead of Lucinda, or Lucinda was also known as Sarah. I suspect she was named Sarah Lucinda, Sarah after her mother. Your Conders (Mary, Editha, Wesley) are in 1860 Hickman Co. census and mine were in Arkansas by then, but surely they knew each other. When mine appear in AR it is in household of Jas. W. Miller and wife Margaret, who must be Margaret/Mary Ann Mills, Lucinda Mills younger sister who married James Miller in Hickman Co. in 1858. I would welcome your information on the Scotts.
