Donnie,
First of all,,it is Joseph Albert Condor (Original spelling was Conder, but it changed through some legal documents and misspelling of the name) and he did marry Polly Ann Travis. I have a copy of their marriage bond. Joseph and Polly were my great great grandparents and I have the only known image of Joseph...so before you start lanblasting folks,,,get your information correct.
