       I am a descendant of those New Jersey Connetts that you read about on the web queries. I have traced my ancestors back to Gittisham, Devon in the 1500/1600 time period. Most of them are buried at the little church there. Are you of this line?
       I have heard rumors that the original Connetts were Huguenots brought to England by Henry VIII. Would you have any information to prove or disprove this rumor? I would be glad to share any data I have on the American Connetts.
