John Belk Cousar, maybe? Named after Rebecca Belk's father & grandfather?

I'm pretty sure he was Richard Henry Cousar's brother, as the two both administered the estate of Andrew Gamble, who I believe was their godfather. Another possible sibling is Louisa Cousar.

John Cousar Kirk, I think, was John B's cousin through his aunt Sarah Cousar m. John Kirk.

That's all fancy guesswork, though.
