I happened upon this posting as I was looking for information on Mary Boward.
I'm working backwards along this line:
Catherine Cunningham b. 9/11/1862 (?) in Washington County, MD, d. ?, married Jacob Roessner and had at least 2 children. They resided and died in Hagerstown, MD.
Catherine's parents were Thomas Cunningham and Mary Boward. At this point, this is the only information that I have. Does this Sarah A. Boward have any connection to this lineage? The whole larger family including other surnames such as Beard, Powers, Lyday & Meissner all have strong roots in Hagarstown.
