CREW FAMILY YORKSHIRE 1860

My grandmother who lived in Leeds was Mary Ann Crew, born in 1856 to Charles and Sophia Crew in Doncaster. Two other daughters, Maria and Emma were born in York (1858 & 1860)
Charles and Sophia(nee Bird) married in Ely, Cambs in 1845. Charles worked on the railways : he was an excavator in 1845, a railway fireman in 1856 and an engine driver in 1873 when Mary Ann married Edward Atkinson in Leeds. Sophia was a widow, living in Leeds, in 1881.

I've been unable to trace Charles Crew's birth and haven't yet managed to find him on a census. I think he may have been born in London, possibly around 1815-1820. If any of these names ring a bell, please contact me
