I have called the Richmond Register the newspaper that covered it twice, sent 2 e-mails and finally have a letter in the mail to the editor. It was July 2005. I sent a letter to the Boonesborourgh Society and a lovely lady returned my call but was not able to supply a photo copy of the ceremony. If I get anywhere at all I will send a copy to you if you wish.
