Mary Crews m. Wm. Ladd, IV

Does anybody know which family of Crews the Mary Crews came from who married William Ladd, IV. In his pension request for his Revolutionary War service, they were listed as having lived in New Kent Co., Virginia. She was born about 1760 and died about 1843.
