Does anyone know if the following is related to Davy Crockett. My ancestor John Buchanan was and early surveyor and he made a survey as follows:
In May 4, 1785 John surveyed 106 acres for Andrew Crockett.
Is this Andrew Crockett possibly John A Crockett the father of Davy Crockett.
