My Name is Ricky Dean Crockett I am 6'4" and was born 05-09-69 in Salina Kansas By Phyllis Jean or Gene Bearden/Crockett
Ok here goes what I know. I was around 1-2 maybe when he left or was ran off by my Mom lol. He is supost to be 6'6" he had a son 3 years before me on the very same day May 9th then I was told had 3 kids after me and left them If the story is right. David was adopted by The Crockett family the mother was a young girl who carried and gave up David at birth to the Crockett family. He was in the service in the 60s My mother said they went to get married in Mexico later found the reason for that he was still married to a woman in the US. I wen't from my mothers story and at 12 finding out about him. I had alot of hate for years for him leaving and never coming back but then when I got married I realized there is two sides to a story. And too learning some of my Mother I was more understanding. This is crazy for me to say all this but I am 40 years old and there is still a piece of me missing. I feel left out. Owell better stop anyway to find my Dad would mean so much. I hope there is someone out there who might know him or help me find him. I have went thru thousands of names calling one by one a few years ago. I did find my half brother that way Davids first son. His name is David Earl Crockett.I don't have a middle name or a birth date for my Dad it has been impossible. I was told he drove a truck some not sure if he still does if the story is right and his grandma lived in I believe MO. I would appreciate any help.
