I am researching the family of William Reddick Cross (1854-1915) and his wife, Lula (Person) Cross (1854-1933), who were married 4 February 1875 in Shelby County, Tennessee. William and Lula had five children: Katherine Cross Burkhardt (born 1876), Ora Gordon Cross Nolen (born 1881), Julia Kimbrough Cross Black (born 1886), Clyde C. Cross (born 1888), and Ida May Cross (born 1891).
Clyde C. Cross was born 22 January 1888 in Memphis, Shelby, Tennessee. He was married to Jessie ? abt. 1914, and had at least two children, Jane E. Cross (born abt. 1915 Tennessee), and Clyde C. Cross, Jr. (born abt. 1918 Tennessee). The Cross family moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin around 1920.
