Looking for relationship between Sarah Cruse, an 80 yr old female born in VA who was listed in the 1860 Tishomingo Co, MS, census in the household of James Washington Owens. No wife is shown but there are three children: Mary Ann, b 1852 [my g-grandmother]; Sarah Elizabeth, b 1854; and William Doug, b 1858. The name of the mother is unknown. Don't think Sarah Cruse is from the Owens side of this family. Was she the mother or grandmother of the unknown wife?
