I am searching for the father of George M. Cruse (Crews), born TN in 1852. His mother was Sallie Cruse (Crews), born c.1817 in NC. George married Susan Robertson, b. 1852 in Alabama. The 1880 census showed Sallie to be 63 and living with George and Susan in Navarro County, TX. I assume her husband, George's father, was deceased.
