Just received copy of indentures on her 11th part of the estate of Francis Divers by Thomas Cruse and his wife Sinthaetta dated 1842/1843 Franklin Co VA. Have always seen them listed as Thomas Alexander Cruse and Mary Cintha Divers married 30 Nov 1840 Franklin Co VA. These witnessed by (1) Edwardnash Cruse and (2)Edwardnas Cruse. Any info out there on the very odd names? Have been searching for data on Thomas A for over 2 years, but can get no further back on him than birth 1812 VA. Need parents, siblings, whatever. Found them in census in 1850 MO, where their last son was born, but no death info on Thomas either.
