My ggg-grandfather was WILLIAM CRUSE, born c 1813 in Cornwall (althought one record said 1803). I am not sure of a birthplace because different records list different places. Among them are Stoke-Climesland, Callington, Calstock, or Menheniot. He married MARY FOLEY (or FOLLY?) b.c 1818 I believe they were enumerated in Kelly Bray during the 1841 census. I would love to make a connection with anyone who is researching the Cruse families of south-eastern Cornwall is hopes of making a connection.
